Our experienced cooks like to try new things, serve you unusual creations of German-French traditional dishes and conjure up tasty dishes on your plate. From a relaxed lunch menu or a dinner for the evening, our cuisine is based on what nature offers in season. Asparagus in spring, mushrooms in summer, fish dishes, game specialties and our popular Metzgete (slaughter festival).
